Last week at SIHH
For the last 27 years the exclusive SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horologerie ) has been held in Geneva.

SIHH is a much smaller show than Baselworld as it only has 35 exhibitors and unlike Basel, all of these are luxury watchmakers. In addition to this, apart from one day where the doors are open to the public the rest of the week is an exclusive invite-only event.
Having said that, this is the first major watch show of the year and is THE place for watch enthusiasts to find out what the biggest trends and innovations will be for the coming year and this year's exhibitors did not disappoint.

The week-long show has has just come to a close now and there has been so much that came out of it. but if you would like a short read on some of the highlights Here is Andrew Connor from Gear Patrol's summary of the best watches to come out of SIHH 2018.
Connor has focused on the top 12 of the most affordable of the luxury watches exhibited (bear in mind some watch houses charge upto five or six figures for some of their watches, so the affordability here as Mr Connor says 'is relative to the Maison')
